As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales goals and foster company growth. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales process—from technical development and preparing quotes to ensuring successful delivery, customer engagement, and post-sales support.

Who are we looking for?
- Technical education or equivalent experience in testing and measurement technology
- Preferably has prior experience in inside sales
- Exceptional writing and speaking proficiency in both German and English
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of business management principles and analytical skills
- Experience in measurement technology and data acquisition within the test and measurement sector is desirable
- Advanced skills in computer applications, including CRM systems, networking, and programming languages, are preferred
- Proactive approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goal
- Enjoys teamwork and is capable of collaborating effectively with various departments
What are your responsibilities?
- Supporting the sales team in customer communications
- Facilitating the sales process from technical preparation and quote creation through to delivery to customers
- Helping to achieve the defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Presentation of product portfolio via modern media or in direct customer contact
- Preparing proposals and developing technical solutions
- Upkeeping customer data, CRM system updates, and regular reporting to sales management
- Working in close collaboration with management, field sales, marketing, and technical departments
- Occasional visits to customers for proposal presentations or technical solution development
