Your qualifications:

Technical training or experience in measurement technology or a comparable environment
Enjoy transferring knowledge to customers and employees
Problem-solving approach to tasks
Relevant technical education completed, such as a technician certificate or university degree
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German/English

Your tasks:

Technical support for daily customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, or remote access
Commissioning and delivering training at customer locations
Collaboration in projects and creation of system configurations and customer-specific applications
Develop product documentation and training materials
